Arnold Schwarzenegger’s charitable effort with After-School All-Stars is recognized by Sylvester Stallone with a portrait of the two Hollywood icons dressed in western attire.

Throughout the course of their lengthy careers in Hollywood as action hero icons beginning in the 1980s, they occasionally competed for the same leading man roles.
However, Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger presented a unified front on Sunday when the actor praised the former California governor for his charitable efforts with the After-School All-Stars on Instagram (ASAS).
“Congratulations to my dear friend @schwarzenegger who had an amazingly successful charity event for the kids called THE AFTER SCHOOL ALLSTARS… Still seems to be a bull! The 76-year-old Rocky actor posted a picture of the two movie legends beside it.
The two enduring main men may be seen snuggled together in the picture smoking large stogie smokes while sporting identical cowboy attire.
Stallone wore a blue checkered shirt over a matching t-shirt and blue pants, and despite his gray stubble beard, he still managed to look powerful and muscular.
The resident of New York City also wore a huge silver belt buckle that matched his black cowboy hat perfectly.
Schwarzenegger’s choice of a white cowboy hat was only appropriate given that the Rocky actor wore a black hat.
The 75-year-old Austrian native chose a brown checkered blazer over a brown polo-style shirt and blue jeans, and he also had a gray stubble beard.
The Terminator actor completed his country look with an even bigger belt buckle, but his appeared to have a gold tinge.
It turns out that the Terminator’s efforts to support ASAS’s fund-raising were a big success.
“Last night, we raised more than $5 million for @afterschoolallstars. Thank you to all of our donors, Schwarzenegger said, adding, “We couldn’t serve 100k kids in 60 cities without you. I founded this program with a mission of keeping kids safe and developing between 3-6pm.
According to its website, After-School All-Stars is a nationwide nonprofit organization that collaborates with schools all around the country to develop after-school activities that extend the learning day for low-income children.
Nearly 92,000 children are currently served by ASAS at more than 400 school locations spread throughout 14 regions and 10 states.
The Expendables 2 (2012), Escape Plan (2013), and The Expendables 3 saw the two veteran Hollywood tough guys star side by side despite competing for some of the same jobs in their later years (2014).
