Paul Venis BIO
Paul Venis is British Kickboxer who made his BKFC debut in the main event slot in June of 2024. Other than fighting, Venis has a very active presence on social media with a large YouTube channel where he promotes mental health and addiction awareness.
Venis is a knockout artist with over 30 K1 kickboxing matches and almost as many knockouts. He has been a British, European and World champion in the sport, so expect crafty striking and obviously some dangerous power. He formally retired from K1 at age 31 after not being able to push himself into higher level fights because of his unique circumstances. He truly has a motivating life story.
Venis did three years in prison beginning in 2012 but has taken massive steps to completely distance himself from his old lifestyle. He uses his voice to let people know that they can make mistakes and come back from them. He also is open about his own mental health and shares a lot of his thoughts on day to day struggles.
He was cast to play former North East gangster Lee Duffy in the film A New Breed of Criminal, and has starred in a couple of other films. Venis is a husband and father. He calls his wife the “backbone of their little family.” Lastly, another passion of Venis’ is autism awareness, a cause that more and more BKFC fighters are getting behind.

Stanoy ‘The Cobra’ Tabakov Bio
Stanoy ‘The Cobra’ Tabakov is a Bulgarian MMA fighter with a background in Samb. He took bronze in the 2010 European Sambo Championship and silver in the 2010 World Combat Sambo Championship.
When Stanoy first began his MMA journey in 2010, he had a rough start. He suffered back to back losses but has done nothing but win ever since, currently riding a five-fight win streak. ‘The Cobra’ was active from 2010 to 2014 and reenters the fight world at his country’s second hosting of the fastest growing combat sport in the world.
Tabakov will be very pressure heavy with a mauling approach like we tend to see in Combat Sambo style fighters. You can expect him to use a lot of clinch work from the inside by setting his opponents up with jabs but he will also welcome a from-distance striking affair.
Tabakov is a family man through and through with the utmost of focus on his young son and daughter. He enjoys hiking for exercise along with sparring and grappling.
